I just wanted to share a great breakfast recipe that I’ve found. I didn’t feel low on energy at all during this mornings 10 mile run after a bowl of this 🙂
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1 cup porridge oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all the above in a bowl the night before you want to eat it.
The next morning layer the porridge mix with fresh fruit (I used grapes and blueberries) and drizzle with honey.
This amount serves 2-3 people.
