Resting HR – 48
Max HR – 189
60% – 133
70% – 147
75% – 154
80% – 161
85% – 168
90% – 175
95% – 182
The formula I have used is (MHR-RHR)*%+RHR and then rounded to the nearest whole number….
So, for next weeks race I should be looking for a heart rate of 168-175…..
Should be interesting to see how fast that is… And the time I get round in (it is a 10k trail run)
