I did my last training run yesterday evening, just a slow 2.5 miles up Mouse Lane… Phill has started running again with me on the short runs now that his leg has fully recovered. This is a route I have not run for a while and it is only at times like this do I realise quite how much my fitness has improved.
Now it is just a case of early nights, drinking plenty and eating sensibly before the half marathon on Sunday…..
Next I need to put together my training plan for my next 10k race to try and improve my time 🙂
